Founder
Fr. John Antony is the founder of The Fountain. He did M.A. in Pastoral Counselling in Toronto, Canada; a Licentiate in Pastoral Theology, in Rome; and M.A. in Sociology in India. His contributions to the field of counselling, psychotherapy and related subjects are remarkable. He has authored sixteen books which are used as textbooks in various centres of counselling, colleges, and universities. He still continues to write. He is an experienced and insightful psychotherapist with many years of experience as a counsellor, psychotherapist, professor, and trainer. He is an innovative and energetic therapist with a warm personal style. He is a competent skills trainer of counsellors and psychotherapists. Presently he has been training participants in recent themes of body language, handwriting analysis, and hypnosis.
Director
With a dictum to Heal the Inner Self of the suffering Fr. Stanley Alex was ordained as a priest in the capuchin Order in 2014 is much interested in the field of counselling and psychotherapy At present he is appointed as the Asst. Parish Priest in Amalashram and Asst.Director of the postulancy and pre-novitiate formation center in Trichy. He has acquired his bachelor’s Degree in Business Mathematics and Administration from M.K. University and completed his counseling course in Anugraha Dindigul and is doing his M.S in counselling and psychotherapy He gives classes seminars and Psycho-Charismatic Popular Mission retreats in different places. He enjoys teaching Developmental Psychology and Clinical Psychology also in personal counseling.
Staff
Fr.John Britto M.A, M.Ed is from Krishnagiri. He also holds a Diploma & Master in counselling and Psychotherapy(1997). He is teaching Skills of Counselling, Body Language(Kinaesthetic), Hand Writing Analysis (Graphology), Clinical Hypnotic Counselling Enneagram, REBT. He is also a musician who has published a book by name ” Isai Maram [Music Tree].
Staff
Fr. Arul Xavier is a well-recognized expert in the fields of Psychotherapy and Counselling. He is known for his work with the religious and the formees. He received his Masters degree in Pastoral Counselling from Fordham University, USA. He enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families. He enjoys giving presentations on a variety of topics like REBT, Developmental Psychology, NLP, Hypnotherapy and various Schools of Counselling. In counselling, he works with individuals and families, couples and groups.
Vice Principal
Sanjay Ignatius is an Organizational Psychologist. He has completed his doctorate in Social-Organizational Psychology at Ateneo de Manila University, Philippines. He did his doctoral research on the role of spiritual and emotional intelligences in enhancing employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior among the call center employees in Metro Manila. He is well trained in qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods research techniques.He did a Masters in Journalism and Mass Communication at MK University and a Masters in Psychology at Madras University. He is interested in organizational research & development and change management. He undertook doctoral internship at Franciscans International, an NGO that works at United Nations, New York. He has reflective knowledge in spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence, employee engagement, organizational citizenship behavior, social psychology, gender studies, Indian philosophy and spirituality.
Staff
Fr. Antonysamy osm was ordained as priest in the order of servants of Mary in 2006, is looking forward to learn and grow towards fully functioning person, while imparting knowledge in the field of counselling psychology. He has done MSc in Counselling Psychology at Martin Luther Christian University, Megalaya, India, securing an A grade with the Honours Programme. At present, he is appointed as assistant master of the postulants at Jeeva Matha Illam, Thanjavur. He enjoys teaching developmental psychology and Clinical Psychology. And he animates group therapy and healing the inner child, conducts workshop and seminar, and takes up one-to-one counselling.
